一 |     央视网消息：据公安部交通管理局消息，“五一”假期即将来临，群众探亲访友、旅行出游意愿强烈，预计将延续清明假期出行火爆态势，加之正值物流运输旺季，客货流量将明显上升，道路交通安全风险加大。公安部结合近年来“五一”假期交通事故规律特点，对今年“五一”假期交通安全形势进行了分析研判，并发出交通安全预警。　　公安部研判今年“五一”假期道路交通安全主要存在以下突出风险：　　一是旅游出行需求旺盛，客运安全风险突出。    Breakthrough new research could significantly increase supply of organs for people with rarer blood types waiting for a transplant, reported The Guardian.,A team of scientists from the University of Cambridge have successfully altered the blood type of three donor kidneys. In such a case, the receiving body’s immune system would reject the new organ, interpreting the different blood type as foreign.,So changing the blood type to the universal O would mean the donor organ could be used for people with any blood type.,“Our confidence was really boosted after we applied the enzyme to a piece of human kidney tissue and saw very quickly that the antigens were removed. They cited figures from 2020-21 showing that just over 9% of total organ donations in the UK came from black and minority ethnic donors. On the other hand, black and minority ethnic patients make up 33% of the kidney transplant waiting list.,“It’s very exciting to think about how this could potentially impact so many lives,” added Serena MacMillan.,The “potentially gamechanging” research was applauded by Dr Aisling McMahon, the executive director of research at Kidney Research UK.,The scientists will now test the reintroduction of other blood types and observe how the novel approach in clinical settings.。

三 | 预约出租客运、租车自驾等个性化出行安全风险不容忽视。　　二是春耕农忙、民俗活动叠加，农村集中出行风险突出。假期各地农村赶集、庙会赶场出行增多，加之当前春耕春播等农事活动繁忙，货车、三轮车、拖拉机违法载人及面包车、摩托车违法超员易发多发，群死群伤事故风险大。

四 | 　　三是物流运输持续增长，货车肇事风险突出。

五 | 货车疲劳驾驶、超限超载等隐患突出，加之假期公路客货混行交织，造成客货车相撞事故风险上升。

六 | 　　四是假期聚餐聚会增多，酒驾醉驾肇事风险上升。假期公众休闲、聚餐聚会等活动增多，酒驾醉驾肇事高发，据统计，近3年“五一”假期酒驾醉驾肇事日均死亡人数较平日高出19.4%。另外，春夏季节转换，驾驶人更容易犯困，疲劳驾驶风险加大。

七 | 　　五是南方地区多降水天气，通行安全风险增大。据中央气象台预报，“五一”假期气温升高，降雨增加，我国江南、华南大部以及四川盆地、贵州东部等地降水量偏多，雨天路滑易引发车辆侧翻、追尾和多车相撞事故。　　公安部提示：　　假期自驾出行，应关注有关部门发布的交通路况信息和交通安全提示，提前安排好出行时间和路线，杜绝酒后驾驶、超速行驶、分心驾驶等违法行为。　　假期乘车出行，要到客运站选择正规营运车辆，切勿乘坐站外揽客拼团“黑车”及非法营运、超员载客的客车，全程全员系好安全带。　　高速公路行车，要保持安全车距和车速，雨天或夜间行车要降低车速，减少变道超车。一旦错过高速公路出口，需从前方绕道前行，严禁急刹车、连续变换车道甚至倒车、逆行。

八 | 遇交通拥堵，不要随意穿插、占用应急车道，如发生交通事故，牢记“车靠边、人撤离、即报警”。　　驾车行经景区山区、农村地区，遇急弯陡坡、长大下坡、临水临崖路段，要减速慢行、谨慎超车、不占用对向车道行驶，行经穿村过镇路段、平交路口注意观察道路两侧车辆和行人。景区周边道路车多拥挤，要注意避让行人、规范停车。
